AIRS™ Range Extender is a part of the AIRS™ communication system, used to expand the coverage area and to provide coverage for blind spots. The pre-programmed Range Extender can be used with the AIRS™ system or with the customer’s routers to extend an existing wireless connection. The mesh network will allow several units to seamlessly expand coverage. A series of up to 10 can be linked to broadcast a signal around corners and to provide coverage in areas around impenetrable walls, with a coverage distance of up to 2800 feet (850 meters). This Plug & Play product is packaged in a shockproof, waterproof (IPX7), and dustproof (IP6X) lime green case for great durability and visibility. The optional tripod increases its height to avoid obstacles and expands its range.
