These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SED Inc. with respect to the subject matter and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

In the event of any inconsistency between the information contained herein and information supplied by mail or email, the information supplied by mail or email shall govern.
