(“SED”) is one of three in the group of companies which provides synergistic services.  Each specializes in services specific to its niche.  SED, created in 1971, designs and manufactures the products for the other companies of the group.  Rescom Sales Inc. is the distributor and dealer of communication products manufactured by SED and other manufacturers.  ROPA Technologies Inc. is a company that, in general terms, specializes in the assessment and training of companies using Human Performance Tools.
